Those pesky Corvairs are really interfering with my Bianchina time! I finally had some time and moved the little car back over to the working bay to finish sanding it. with any luck at all, i should get the second coat of epoxy primer on it soon.

Not much getting done around here what with hurricane Sandy deciding to pass directly over the shop. Seems like there's always something!

Got it all straightened out, it wasn't Blogspot but the ones who print the blogs into books. Guess you're stuck with me.

Finally had a chance to do some final filling and sanding before spraying the second coat of epoxy primer. I am planning on sanding and de greasing this afternoon and spraying tomorrow. I also just got word that Blogspot is going to cancel this account because I don't use it enough. PISSES me off. I will call customer service to try to get it straightened out. Wish me luck. If I am unsuccessful, thanks for following along so far.

The second door is done. I just realized that I am ready to spray the second coat of epoxy primer on. Then sealer, then hi fill primer, wet sand, color coat(s), clear coat(s) sand and buff. Geez, I must be almost done with this car. HAH!

Above shows the damage caused by opening the door without an operating doorstop. When straightened, some rust holes appeared.

I got the first door done finally. It had a few more dings than I thought, but I believe I got them all.
